Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Building positive relationships with children and their families
Maintaining a safe and clean childcare environment
Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the centre
Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum studying towards a qualification in childcare and must be able to work 4 or 5 days
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule of 4 days a week, including mornings and afternoons
Proven ability to plan and implement engaging learning activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to child safety and well-being
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Passionate about early childhood education
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience with children of all ages is a plus
