Job Description:

We’re searching for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join a thriving 39-place centre in Sea Lake, a role that offers both leadership opportunities and a fulfilling lifestyle.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Kindergarten Program
Take on Room Leader responsibilities
Focus on lesson planning, compliance, and quality improvements

Requirements:

Qualified ECT – Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education + VIT Registration
Confident in mentoring educators, leading staff meetings, and ensuring high-quality educational programs
Must Have Experience with writing and delivering QIP and regulatory frameworks
A teacher who loves engaging with families and shaping a positive learning environment
