Job Description:

As an East Regional Manager, you will develop and execute retail strategies, oversee a high-performing team, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence in a luxury retail environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining brand standards are key responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve excellence in customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of brand standards across all retail locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to align retail strategies with overall business goals
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to build a talented and motivated team
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs to maximize profitability
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the retail team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and industry trends
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
