Job Description:

As an East Regional Manager, you will develop and execute retail strategies, oversee a high-performing team, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence in a luxury retail environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining brand standards are key responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve excellence in customer service and operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Ensure the consistent implementation of brand standards across all retail locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to align retail strategies with overall business goals
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to build a talented and motivated team
Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs to maximize profitability
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the retail team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets in a luxury retail environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Deep understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and industry trends
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
