Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join a well-established early learning centre in Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team while shaping a nurturing environment that promotes excellence in early childhood education.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators
Shape learning experiences and best practices

Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher qualification)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid
Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates

Nice to have:

Experience in educational leadership
Passion for early learning
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborative environment skills

Above Award Pay: Earn $75,000 - $85,000 per year + Educational Leader Bonus
