Job Description:

Responsible for the development, facilitation and implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs. Works across the company and with the businesses/functions, and key suppliers/contractors to ensure implementation of an appropriate EHS management system. Tracks, reviews, consults and implements EHS regulations for all work activities. Communicates with and provides necessary reports to governmental agencies, internal partners, and customers. Supports and contributes to various EHS-related programs and audits. Directs and facilitates audits, identifies training needs, and leads efforts in preventative injury management, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics.

Establishment of environment, safety and health management system
Taking measures to mitigate the identified EHS risks

Coordinate Fire Fighting Training, First-Aid Training, Safety Committee Rep Training, New Employee Orientation
EPR (Emergency Preparedness and Response) program
Compliance assurance
Communicating with local authorities
Workplace Safety, Health & Fire Inspections
HPE sites EHS Committee Meetings
EHS Investigations
EHS record management
Crisis Management
Office management
Stakeholder engagement
Cost management
Culture management

Requirements:

Holding a college degree, an engineering certificate relevant to industry safety or professional experience in industry safety field
Typically 6-10 years experience in a related field recommended
산업안전지도사, 산업안전산업기사/건설안전산업기사 이상의 자격증 보유자
Proficient in written and spoken English
Deep knowledge of the Korean EHS legislation and regulations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good strategic thinking and business acumen
