Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion, defending claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts, while offering flexibility and quality benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities and NHS Trusts
Managing quality caseloads of Defendant EL/PL matters
Day-to-day running of cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses
Undertaking liability investigations

Requirements:

Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
Ability to manage Defendant EL/PL matters both pre and post litigated
Experience defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities and NHS Trusts
Ability to liaise with clients, opponents, court, and witnesses
Capability to undertake liability investigations
Open to both Defendant and Claimant candidates
Open to both Solicitors and Legal Executives
