Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team located in Central London. This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct routine electrical maintenance and fault finding across the building's electrical systems
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns
Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, building regulations, and health & safety procedures
Work across both day and night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off
Manage and maintain electrical installations, wiring, and controls in a historic building
Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service and ensure the smooth operation of the building

Requirements:

Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
18th Edition
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fault-finding techniques
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies
