Job Description:

Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge? Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). Static site - Central London.

Job Responsibility:

PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
Flushing
Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs
Dealing with contractors

Requirements:

Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
18th edition wiring regulations
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
