Job Description:

Randstad C&P are currently working with a great client who are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to take the leap into the next position on the career ladder as the organisation offers fantastic opportunities for development and training for those without prior experience.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
Keep records up to date
Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have this

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
18th edition
Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
Experience of leading a team would be beneficial

What we offer:

Competitive salary up to £50,000 to 55,000
Continuous training and development
Opportunity for overtime
Monday to Friday, standard hours
