Job Description:

Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking an electrician to join the team in Leeds (LS9 7TF). Working at a local office site, you'll help ensure all electrical systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained for staff use.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services
Provide cover for absent colleagues
Maintain, service and repair a wide range of building services
Maintain records and complete service reports
Assist other skilled trades
Undertake training to maintain and develop skills
Act as Competent or Authorised Person as directed
Liaise and undertake duties at other healthcare projects as directed
Undertake overtime as required
Carry out any other duties as required

Requirements:

Qualified time served engineer with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience required
Healthcare experience desirable but not essential
Cross-trade experience advantageous
Must have DBS

Nice to have:

Healthcare experience
Cross-trade experience
