Job Description:

As an Electronic Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative electronic solutions. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of electronic projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, quality standards, and business objectives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to drive efficient outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage electronic development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with required standards
Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and resource allocation, working closely with stakeholders to maintain a seamless workflow
Oversee both hardware and embedded software development, ensuring that electronic designs comply with industry best practices and technical requirements
Coordinate and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical direction, fostering collaboration, and identifying training needs to enhance expertise
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all deliverables are traceable, well-documented, and aligned with quality standards
Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and proactively address challenges to ensure continuous improvement
Work closely with the Quality team and other stakeholders to develop and implement an effective electronic testing strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electronics or a related field
3-5 years of experience in electronic development, preferably in consumer products
Strong understanding of modern electronic engineering tools, methodologies, and processes
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams, with excellent communication skills
A strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project execution
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
basic Dutch knowledge is a plus.
