Job Description:

At Snappr, we help businesses get visual content more easily, with higher quality, and at scale. We use the best technology to connect visual content creators; such as photographers, videographers, and image editors, with businesses that need their skills to tell the story of their products and services through all forms of visual content. As an Email Outreach Manager on the Demand Generation team, you will build, own, and execute our email channel. This is a strategic role that involves supporting our SLG and PLG motions for multiple products. You will play a critical part in scaling our email channel, delivering subject-matter-expertise content to our B2B audience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ideate, test, and scale the email channel: lead the development and execution of multiple automated email programs to engage with our B2B audience at scale
  • Build scaled+converting outbound email campaigns
  • List management: source and manage relevant lists of prospects: cold/firmo, low-intent, high-intent and opt-ins
  • Partner with PMM and Sales to nail messaging
  • Leverage performance data to continuously iterate and improve content and messaging
  • Scale our test & learn culture: leverage data to design sound experiments, and iterate to maximize performance
  • Identify strategic opportunities for growth and retention
  • Optimize our email marketing processes, including campaign development, email design, segmentation, personalization, and more
  • Build a brand-new Newsletter program
  • Ensure success of email execution, QA, and deliverability
  • The role could evolve to manage and mentor a team of email marketing specialists

Requirements:

  • Excellent writer and strong communicator
  • English is a must for this role we are looking for a C1 level
  • 5+ years of cold-outbound email
  • must include experience with SaaS or subscription-based services
  • Experience with dual SLG & PLG motions is a plus
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach
  • Deep technical knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, domain/mailbox configuration, verification, and BDR-style copywriting
  • Strong experience with building triggered email programs, managing lists & lead mining, and enrichment
  • Experience with Instantly and Zapier is a big plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel is a plus
  • Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You get things done: You're a self-starter, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • You care about the details: You have an eye for design, a good instinct for what email content will resonate with businesses, and triple-check every email before it's sent
