This role offers a chance to manage and report HR data, support payroll activities, and advise employees on time & attendance matters.
Job Responsibility:
serve as the first point of contact for Employees, Managers, and People & Culture (P&C) Partners, delivering end-to-end services within the scope of Employee Care for the assigned market
process and resolve employee queries and transactions independently or in coordination with other Service Line teams, in line with principles, practices, and internal service level agreements (SLAs) related to timeliness and accuracy
take ownership of regular follow-ups and provide timely updates and guidance to customers during the initiation and execution of P&C processes and transactions
utilize basic problem-solving techniques to address service challenges
contribute to project initiatives and cross-functional activities as needed
identify process inefficiencies or improvement opportunities and escalate them through appropriate channels
Requirements:
university degree
at least 6 months experience in HR area
strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenges
proficient in English
