Job Description:

A role for an associate-level qualified solicitor to join a thriving team in Bristol. Key responsibilities include handling legal claims and employment documentation, with perks like hybrid working and professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Handling Tribunal claims
drafting pleadings
drafting witness statements
negotiating settlements
advising on settlement agreements
instructing counsel or advocates
supporting non-contentious employment work
providing employment advice to commercial clients
provision of contractual documentation and employment handbooks.

Requirements:

Fully qualified solicitor or FCILEx
experience handling claimant and respondent work
organized and attention to detail
motivated for career challenges
NQ to 3 PQE
commitment to live and work in Bristol area.
