A leading plaintiffs practice at a Mid-Sized Downtown Denver Litigation Firm has an opening for an attorney with 2 plus years of experience or clerkship. Interested candidates should have experience in or a strong interest in the practice areas in which the firm focuses, including: Whistleblower representation, employment law, complex commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, or personal injury litigation.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing and analyzing potential cases
Independent case management
Drafting complaints, discovery, and pleadings
Handling depositions
Attending court hearings and trials
Litigating cases on behalf of clients
Requirements:
Must hold a valid license to practice law
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
Proficiency in using Case Management Software
Demonstrable skills in Document Management
Experience in drafting and briefing legal documents
Knowledge of Civil Litigation, Employment Law, and Civil Law
Familiarity with specific areas of Employment Law, including Employee Rights and Federal, Local, and Applicable Employment Law
Previous experience in Civil Litigation, particularly in Civil Cases and Civil Court proceedings
Understanding of Civil Rights laws and regulations
Experience in litigating Civil cases
Proven track record in Plaintiff Litigation
Experience in handling Personal Injury Plaintiff cases
