Job Description:

The role involves providing technical support, both remotely and on-site, to assist users with various technical issues. This position provides an opportunity for a long-term contract employment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide user support for a variety of computer hardware including PCs and Apple devices
Assist with configuration management and troubleshoot various technical issues
Manage user credentials, including usernames and passwords
Help users connect to printers from their home networks
Offer white-glove support for high-level individuals within the organization
Be available for after-hours and weekend support as needed
Use Excel formulas for various tasks and reports
Utilize Dell Technologies and Active Directory in day-to-day tasks
Support backup technologies to ensure data safety and availability
Perform some physical tasks, such as setting up workstations and other equipment on-site

Requirements:

Proficiency in computer hardware with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues
Familiarity with Dell technologies, including their latest products and services
Experience with Active Directory, including managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and other routine tasks
Knowledge of Apple devices, with the ability to support users in a Mac environment
Understanding of backup technologies to ensure data safety and integrity
Experience in configuration management, including the ability to manage system configurations to ensure system performance and security
Proficiency in Excel formulas to efficiently manage and analyze data
Experience with PC Desktop - Workstation, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
