Job Description:

An opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in global supply chain transformation, optimize supply chain planning processes, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment

Job Responsibility:

Co-lead the creation and implementation of global supply chain planning processes and standards
collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end planning workflows and establish best practices
partner with IT to optimize planning systems and integrate planning tools
develop and lead a team of planners
oversee the development of short, mid, and long-term supply plans
direct inventory execution strategies, monitor inventory levels, and manage supply chain risks
collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams
track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management
excellent communication skills in English
proficiency in S4/Hana/APO/IBP
experience with SIOP demand and supply planning
proven ability to build strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
