Job Description:

This role involves contributing to Baxter’s mission of saving and sustaining lives through routine engineering assignments, documentation, problem-solving, and collaborating with team members to innovate and create impactful products and therapies.

Job Responsibility:

Performs routine engineering assignments of related tasks
Document development work including writing specifications for manufacturing or scientific test results
Ability to solve routine design and engineering tasks with some assistance
Assists in the preparation and participation in technical reviews
Responsible for organizing data and preparing appropriate documentation for assigned projects
Ability to discuss normally encountered technical or project management issues
Ability to work as a collaborative team member
Acts independently with minimal supervision to conduct smaller approved projects
Contributes to the planning and execution of components of the development process
Employs appropriate techniques and methods to successfully conduct specific assignments within negotiated deadlines
Demonstrates working knowledge of basic technical theories and principles
Assesses feasibility of simple research and design concepts within area of expertise

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)
0–3 years related experience (in-house, co-op or acquired outside)
