Job Description:

The Engineering Operations Program Manager will support senior leaders in the Technology organization by managing travel planning, expenses, and calendars. The role requires multitasking, optimizing for efficiency, and building strong relationships across the organization. You’ll be providing administrative support and shaping the culture of a growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Managing complex calendars for multiple senior leaders
Coordinate booking recurring meetings with groups of various sizes, often across departments
Booking meetings with external contacts
Building a relationship with the Sr Leaders you’re supporting and across the organization
Learning each leader’s priorities and applying that to calendar management
Preparing and submitting expense reports for each leader
Providing coverage for EngOps team members on PTO
Recommending time management techniques and outlining/proposing opportunities for efficiency

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an administrative role
Ability to build relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn and an open mind
Experience using Google Suite and Zoom
Experience managing 2 or more executive’s calendars
Experience managing executive’s travel logistics
