Job Description:

As the Engineering Project Manager, you will take charge of leading and managing critical projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations in terms of scope, quality, time, and budget. Your ability to coordinate teams and manage resources effectively will be crucial to your success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and Inspire: Direct the project team, ensuring successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative environment
Plan and Execute: Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress to meet objectives and deadlines
Financial Acumen: Prepare cost and price analysis, ensuring projects stay within budget
Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project stability
Resource Coordination: Manage resource availability, collaborating with internal departments and third-party vendors for seamless execution
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in project management, ideally within a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electro-optics, software, systems architecture, etc.)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is highly desirable
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software tools
