Job Description:

METLEN’s Engineers in Action - Metals Sector, provides hands-on experience with cutting-edge projects in one of the world’s leading metallurgical and critical minerals companies. This program will equip you with practical expertise, real-world problem-solving skills, and exposure to groundbreaking advancements in alumina, aluminium, and rare earths production - industries shaping the future of energy, mobility, and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

Gain direct exposure to real-world engineering and production challenges
Develop expertise through hands-on projects and structured mentorship
Work in a dynamic environment bridging academia and industry
Build a strong foundation for long-term career growth
Engage with global industry leaders and innovative technologies
Complete a 12-month rotational program across METLEN’s Metals Sector

Requirements:

A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Willingness to relocate to METLEN’s operations in Viotia, Fokida (accommodation provided for project duration), and Oinofita
Completed military service (for male applicants)
Fluency in Greek and English
