The Enterprise Sales Lead will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding existing client relationships within the enterprise segment. This role involves navigating sales cycles, exceeding sales targets, and delivering value to clients while contributing to organizational revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Sustain and grow the industry vertical with P&L responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise market
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiation and finalization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprises
Understand clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership through regular follow-ups and support
Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
MBA / Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage
Minimum 10+ years of experience in consultative Sales / B2B sales / enterprise sales
Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred
Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of enterprise sales strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings and trade events
Nice to have:
Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities
Knowledge or certifications in logistics or supply chain industries
