Job Description:

The Enterprise Sourcing Manager will play a critical role in procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing and vendor management to support real estate partners and retail construction projects. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, cost optimization, contract negotiations, budget management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support retail construction projects for T-Mobile
  • identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services
  • negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings
  • collaborate with real estate partners, project managers, and the construction team
  • monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
  • manage procurement budgets and track expenditures
  • ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements
  • drive continuous improvement in procurement processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business, or Construction Management
  • 4-7 years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
  • 4-7 years experience in managing business requirements, complex sourcing projects, project schedules, negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • 4-7 years experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 18 years of age

Nice to have:

  • Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • experience working with real estate partners or supporting retail construction projects
  • demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and improving procurement processes in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • prior experience in the retail construction sector
  • familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and services specific to retail construction projects
  • proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and Microsoft Office Suite
