Job Description:

This job is open to individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain. The positions are located at our TUI BLUE Hotels. Our summer season runs between March and November 2025, depending on the destination. You should be available for at least 3 months consecutively within that period. By Applying, you confirm that you will be able to attend our face-to-face training that will take place around March.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities
co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events
engage in guest interaction
deliver the highest quality service and guest experience
plan and deliver main events during daytime & evening

Requirements:

Sociable individual with excellent people skills
ability to work independently and as part of a small international team
meticulous with great attention to detail
availability to plan, deliver & evaluate an international activity & events program
comfortable communicating and hosting events in English
additional languages advantageous but not mandatory
comfortable working in small teams
additional skills such as singing, dancing appreciated but not essential
