Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an Entry Level Accountant in the Somerset County, area. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be responsible for a handling account coding, account analysis, accounting entries, and accounting reconciliations. If you have 1+ years of accounting experience and are looking to grow your career, this might be the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Conduct account coding accurately to ensure proper financial recording
Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient financial management
Work with Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing
Employ Dynamics NAV and other ERP solutions for streamlined business operations
Perform account analysis to assess financial status and identify discrepancies
Prepare accounting entries and ensure they are correctly recorded in the financial system
Fulfill accounting functions as per established guidelines and procedures
Reconcile accounts payable (AP) and other accounts to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

1+ years of accounting experience
proficiency in Account Coding
familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
ability to use Adobe Acrobat
experience with Dynamics NAV
knowledge of ERP Solutions
ability to carry out Account Analysis
capability to handle Accounting Entries
comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
experience in Account Reconciliation
experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

Nice to have:

experience with Dynamics NAV
