Job Description:

This attorney will be trained on defending a litigation caseload of auto accident cases. Lots of opportunity to go to trial!

Job Responsibility:

Manage caseload from A-Z
Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses
Draft reports and provide file analysis to carrier, client
Take cases to trial

Requirements:

Active California bar license
Local to Orange
INTERESTED IN TRYING CASES

Nice to have:

Strong writing
Deposition experience
Trial experience
