An exciting opportunity to join an ASX-listed Australian financial services group, specialising in advised life insurance, superannuation and wealth management.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Adviser and Client relationships and be the first point of contact for incoming calls
Plan and organise priorities to ensure all day to day operational activities are completed effectively and efficiently and proactively manage issues that potentially detract value
Liaise with stakeholders to build and maintain a client-focused attitude
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely outcomes
Ensure all relevant legislation is complied with taking corrective action if gaps or weaknesses are detected
Delivery of reports and feedback on service standards and adherence

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills - open to industry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
