Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the correct management and compliance with environmental standards and urbanistic planning, and managing environmental metrics and audits. The intern will assist in environmental due diligence.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Project Management and Construction departments to manage environmental aspects of projects
Support in coordinating the environmental works and studies made by environmental consultants
Support in managing and supervising the environmental metrics of all the projects
Assist environmental due diligence for the acquisition of projects
Manage permit application procedures, coordinating document preparation to comply with applicable laws
Monitor and apply sector regulations
Provide pipeline updates, progress megawatt updates, and other reporting as needed
Manage company tools
Participating to the internal and external HSE audits and inspections
Reviewing country-specific procedures for Environmental, Waste and Complaints Management, and Emergency Response
Managing the ISO 14001 environmental management system
Gathering, periodically the necessary information for the preparation of different Env reports, analysis of Env data and creation of graphics, data boards, etc
Participating in organizing training on environmental matters

Requirements:

Master’s degree in engineering (environmental preferred)
User-level command of Word, Excel and Access
Use of ArcGIS and Autocad software
Good communication skills
Analysis and teamwork skills
Languages: Italian
English
Spanish is a plus
