Job Description:

Perform initial theoretical and practical training actions regarding the operation of heavy equipment as well as safety techniques. Continuous training of operators through side-by-side actions. Continuous assessment of the skills of maneuvers and drivers.

Requirements:

Mandatory education or equivalent technical course
Experience in the area as trainer with Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CPC)
Minimum experience of 5 years in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, track tractors, articulated dumpers, cylinders) and lorries
Good computer skills
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to organize and plan
Adaptation capacity
Mobility availability
