Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated ERP/CRM Consultant in the field of Education, based in Los Angeles, California. As an ERP/CRM Consultant, you will be expected to play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our Workday platform that spans across both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance. You will be working closely with key figures in HR, Finance, and IT, to propel Workday optimization, integration enhancements, and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and implement enhancements to optimize the utilization of our Workday platform
Facilitate the retirement of outdated applications and transition of processes into Workday
Provide technical guidance to integration developers, administrators, and Workday subject matter experts in HR and Finance
Lead initiatives to rectify business processes, manage enhancement projects, and drive process improvements
Act as a thought leader and problem-solver in supporting Workday integrations, security, and business processes
Collaborate with a small, self-organized delivery team to execute Workday projects
Assist in the development of long-term Workday roadmap and strategy
Bridge the gap between administrative work, integrations, and leadership responsibilities
Understand and utilize Workday’s capabilities beyond basic administration
Guide and mentor entry level team members while driving results

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Education industry as an ERP/CRM Consultant
Proficient in Client Side Scripting, enhancing the user interface and user experience
Solid understanding and experience in Cloud Technologies, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud solutions
Expertise in CRM systems, managing and improving customer relationships and data analysis
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, including planning, implementation, and management
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms, including Office Suite, Azure, and Dynamics
Experience in AB Testing, including designing, executing, and interpreting the results for system improvements
Demonstrated skills in API Development, including designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs
Knowledge of Business Process Functions, including identifying, documenting, and improving business processes
Experience in creating and updating Business Requirement Documents, detailing business and system requirements
Proficiency in Configuration Management, including creating, updating, and maintaining configuration standards and procedures
