Job Description:

Robert Half is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant focused in Workday Adaptive Insights in Detroit, Michigan. This role is critical to our team's operations, focusing on enhancing our financial planning and reporting initiatives. The ERP/CRM Consultant will play a key role in working with various business stakeholders, focusing on improving reporting accuracy and ensuring data integration.

Job Responsibility:

Work on data integration, focusing on the seamless migration of historical data
Enhance financial modeling through the effective use of Workday Adaptive Planning
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy
Leverage cloud technologies to support our financial planning initiatives
Utilize client-side scripting and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in day-to-day tasks
Develop APIs to support the integration of different business functions
Conduct AB Testing to ensure the efficiency of our business processes
Maintain the configuration management system to ensure data integrity
Document business requirements to guide the development of new system features
Use Microsoft tools in managing and analyzing data

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is required
Solid understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies
In-depth knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is essential
Familiarity with Microsoft products and services
Experience in AB Testing is necessary
Proficient in API (Application Programming Interface) Development
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Proven experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management
