Job Description:

Long term contract opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant focusing on ERP and CRM systems in the technology field. Work includes client side scripting, NetSuite development, and cloud technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement ERP and CRM systems according to business requirements
Utilize client-side scripting to enhance system functionality and user experience
Work with cloud technologies to ensure seamless integration of ERP and CRM systems
Conduct AB Testing to validate system performance and make necessary adjustments
Manage API development to facilitate smooth interaction between different software systems
Handle configuration management duties to maintain system integrity
Document business requirements to guide system development and updates
Oversee business process functions and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft applications relevant to the role
Use NetSuite and other ERP tools to optimize business processes and operations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in client-side scripting is a must-have for this role
Familiarity with cloud technologies, including deployment and management, is required
Strong knowledge and experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems are necessary
Expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a critical requirement for this position
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software is essential
Experience in AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives
Proficiency in API (Application Programming Interface) development is needed
Understanding of business process functions and their applications in business growth
Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents to streamline processes
Experience in configuration management to ensure system stability and efficiency
Knowledge of NetSuite, including its functionalities and applications, is a must
Experience in NetSuite development to enhance business processes and operations is required.
