Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in the Higher Education industry at our location in Newark, New Jersey. As an ERP/CRM Developer, you will be tasked with the development, design, and management of CRM and ERP systems, among other responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage CRM systems to ensure effective customer relationship management
Design and implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient resource utilization
Perform AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance
Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management
Utilize Microsoft tools for system development and management
Work on EO/IR systems for effective information retrieval
Prepare Business Requirement Documents to detail system requirements
Carry out Configuration Management tasks to control system changes
Create Dashboards for effective data visualization and management
Use Microsoft SQL for database management and development

Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM, specifically in the development and maintenance of CRM systems
Demonstrated experience with database management, design, and optimization
Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly in development platforms
Experience with AB Testing, including the development and implementation of testing strategies
Ability to document business requirements effectively
Experience with configuration management, including the design and implementation of configuration management plans
Ability to create intuitive dashboards for data visualization and reporting
Strong design skills, particularly in the context of ERP/CRM development
Proficient in Microsoft SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
