Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in our Wholesale Distribution industry based in Rancho Cordova, California, United States. As an ERP Integration Manager, your main responsibilities include managing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions, handling provisioning access and system configurations, as well as translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions to meet business needs
Handle provisioning access and system configurations to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance and usability
Comprehend business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Maintain compliance with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes to ensure quality and performance
Support the maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions to ensure continuous service

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry
Demonstrable expertise in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Proficient in ERP system integration, administration, and management
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution business processes
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute large scale project plans
Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for technical troubleshooting
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team management
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Relevant detail oriented certifications are a plus
