Job Description:

Attorneys with a passion for the Legal industry will be interested in this well-known firm's opportunity via Robert Half. Job Responsibility:

Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated knowledge of Trust Account
Command of estate planning
Tax law experience
Conservatorships experience
Adeptness in Revocable Trusts
Probate Law experience
Estate planning experience
Excellent attention to detail
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Stellar academic credentials and references
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
