Job Description:

A well-established law firm in Seattle is looking to add another Attorney to their Estate Planning department. This role focuses on supporting high net worth probate and estate planning matters. You will work closely with partners, offering quality representation and handling trust and estate accountings and tax returns.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in strategic and leadership roles in the matters handled
Provide quality representation for high net worth probate and estate planning matters
Handle trust and estate accountings and tax returns
Utilize both hard skills of drafting, writing, and research, and soft skills of client and interpersonal relationships
Collaborate closely with partners to ensure effective representation
Stay updated with the latest developments in Tax Law
Use Power of Attorney Forms and other relevant legal documentation

Requirements:

3+ YOE in Estate Planning Law
Active license in WA
Juris Doctorate
LLM in Taxation
