Job Description:

Event & CRM Manager at Global Luxury Brand. Lead exciting events and build thriving customer relationships for a prestigious, global luxury brand. Our client is a leading luxury brand within a group, renowned for its exquisite jewelry and commitment to exceptional customer experiences. They offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, including pop-up shops and VIP experiences
Develop and implement CRM programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing strategies
Manage event budgets and resources efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
Language skills are also a mandatory requirement
