Job Description:

For our client in the technology sector - a global company specializing in networking hardware, software, and telecommunications solutions, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Event Manager.

Job Responsibility:

process event requests, identify needs, and create engaging experiences that align with customer expectations and business goals
manage the regional Go-To-Marketing Event Calendar, ensuring all approved events are properly scheduled and aligned with regional strategies
work closely with the Local Marketing Team to plan, organize, and communicate live, virtual, and on-demand events
program and project management for defined events from A to Z
support marketing processes, including event website management, agenda creation, registration, invitations, email communication, event promotion, follow-ups, lead tracking, and brand engagement, while ensuring a great customer experience

Requirements:

minimum 4 years of Event Management experience in a similar role within a global company
proficiency in the English language & other pan European language
ability to handle various priorities within the teams
a standout colleague within a larger organisation talking to different functions and locations
experience with event tools and processes is a plus, as well as registration and website management via Cvent or similar, MS Office, and marketing automation tools
willingness to bussines trips
