Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and engaged Event Manager as a part of our enterprise sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention to drive customer engagement and loyalty across focused Industries.

Job Responsibility:

organizing events for building knowledge of customers on Cogoport’s unique way of doing business and on Cogoport’s capabilities
preparing a list of events across targeted industries that enables sales team to reach out to decision makers in the international supply chain domain
conducting Cogoport organized events with customers and employees to disseminate industry specific knowledge on supply chain advancements, entrepreneurship, and technology
organizing internal events such as employee trainings and employee reviews on quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to increase employee engagement and accountability

Requirements:

MBA in marketing
Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage
minimum of 3 years of experience and proven track record in event management and business development
prior understanding of enterprise sales cycle and employee engagement
excellent time management skills
event management skills
strong communications and interpersonal skills
process-orientation
business acumen

Nice to have:

Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage
