Job Description:

The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience and engagement within Japan Technology. The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational design and optimizing resource strategies, with multi-year experience in an IT function and a high degree of organizational and management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential for the position.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working in management consultancy, organizational change management, HR or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful EVP strategies
Language: Bilingual Japanese and English communication ability

Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
