As a crucial part of our Real Estate Developers industry, your role will primarily focus on handling HR-related tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and streamline hiring processes to ensure effective recruitment
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Foster positive employee relations and address any employee issues or concerns
  • Handle payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now
  • Utilize HRMS for efficient management and organization of human resource functions
  • Administer benefits, ensuring all employees are well-informed about their options and entitlements
  • Uphold effective communication within the team and across the organization
  • Manage and implement company policies effectively

  • Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment
  • Familiarity with Hiring Processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Ability to handle Onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company
  • Experience in Payroll management, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Knowledge of Policy development and implementation within the Real Estate industry
  • Proficiency in using HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) for various HR-related tasks
  • Experience in managing Benefit Functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees, management, and external partners
