Knowledge of Policy development and implementation within the Real Estate industry
Proficiency in using HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) for various HR-related tasks
Experience in managing Benefit Functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees, management, and external partners
