Growing real estate firm, located in the Wilmington Delaware area is looking to hire a thorough Executive Assistant with proven multi-tasking abilities. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of support by completing administrative tasks such as: organizing travel, maintaining calendars, drafting internal and external correspondence, placing catering orders, preparing reports, and providing a high-level of customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate executive communications
Prepare internal and external corporate documents
Schedule meeting and appointments
Prepare weekly reports
Draft meeting agendas
Distribute incoming mail/packages
Travel Arrangements
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Assist with property management activities
Bank Reconciliations
Assist with accounts payable/receivable transactions
Special errands as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior level executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration
