Engaging with high-level executives as part of the job role
Providing administrative support as needed
Using communication and correspondence skills effectively
Utilizing various tools and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time
Managing calendars efficiently
Conducting conference calls when necessary
Requirements:
Skilled in Calendar Management
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in managing Conference Calls
Skilled in handling Correspondence
Must be able to support a flexible work schedule as events/times may vary throughout the week
