We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity in the education sector in New York. The role is for an Executive Assistant who will support key personnel within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the CEO with scheduling and organization using tools like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar
Facilitate communication between the CEO and other team members
Organize and manage digital files in systems like Google Drive and Google Docs
Prepare and coordinate virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom
Record and distribute minutes from meetings
Manage and handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries
Handle inquiries directed towards the CEO and provide prompt responses
Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage complex calendars and schedule appointments
Experience using Zoom for scheduling and managing virtual meetings
Familiarity with Google Drive, including the ability to organize, manage, and share files effectively
Proficient in Google Docs, with the ability to create, edit, and collaborate on documents
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent time management skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules
