Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and prioritise incoming requests, inquiries, and communications efficiently
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience for executives
Assist in project management and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office technologies
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
