Job Description:

We are on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In the finance industry, your role will center around providing top-notch support for our sales team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in coordinating conferences, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining effective communication with investors.

Job Responsibility:

Organize and prepare for multiple conferences annually
Support sales team with necessary materials
Manage complex calendar arrangements
Book domestic and international travel arrangements
Employ outstanding written communication skills
Serve as a representative reflection of the team
Handle investor relations with professionalism and tact

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in Calendar Management
Significant experience in Booking Travel Arrangements
Proficiency in Expense Reporting
Previous experience in Investor Relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the finance industry, specifically private equity, venture capital, and investment firms
