This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our governmental agency and providing superior customer service. This role involves managing the office and executive operations and ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and logistics for meetings/events.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the operations of the office and executive to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Provide a high level of customer service and maintain an organized working environment
Report to the Executive Coordinator and assist in managing scheduling, communication, and logistics for meetings/events
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the delivery of tasks
Exercise independent judgment for the efficient management of an executive office in support of senior leadership
Requirements:
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings
Experience with Concur
Knowledge of CRM systems
Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System
Experience with About Time
Ability to manage calendars
Strong communication skills
Experience in coordinating conference calls
Ability to handle correspondence
