Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join a local, well-established organization within education. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to leadership and teams, including calendar management, scheduling, and email correspondence
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Assist in managing deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork submissions while following internal protocols
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly
Maintain and update records, reports, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute special projects and organizational initiatives
Support event planning, including booking venues, preparing materials, and logistics coordination
Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
familiarity with database management is a plus
A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
