Job Description:

The Marmorosch, an Autograph Collection Hotel, invites you to lead our kitchen and create unforgettable dining experiences in a setting where luxury and history blend seamlessly. As the Executive Chef, you will be the heartbeat of our culinary operations.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and executing innovative menus that honor both local flavors and global trends
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented culinary team to achieve excellence
Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish
Collaborating with our events and F&B teams to craft memorable dining experiences for our guests
Managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and development
A creative flair and passion for culinary artistry
Expertise in local and international cuisine, with a strong understanding of ingredient sourcing and sustainability
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
