Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance.

Job Responsibility:

Direct, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping department
Ensure smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies
Maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction
Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members

Requirements:

Prior 2+ years’ experience in a Marriott brand or hotel environment
Marriott brand preferred
Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Nice to have:

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking)
